Tell us about the person receiving the box - their puzzle history, what they love, what's stumped them - in the order notes on the cart page, or just reach out. The more we know, the better the box.

Can I gift one box without committing to a long subscription?

If you'd like to buy only one box, check out the Mystery Boxes collection.
The Quiet Box comes with no recurring payments - bought a subscription? It will not renew automatically unless you decide to purchase a new one.

What if they already own the puzzle you send?

It almost never happens because we curate our collection from highly-regarded puzzles and designer pieces most stores don't carry. If it does, reach out and we'll figure it out.

Who's Puzzle Guy?

Greg's partner, responsible for production in this store. He runs production from his studio in Prague. Between Greg's eye for what's worth sharing and Puzzle Guy's hands-on knowledge of every puzzle that comes through the studio, every box gets two layers of curation.

When does the box ship?

Your first box ships within a few days of subscribing. After that, a new box arrives roughly every 30 days.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, There are no contracts. You can cancel anytime. 

What if the box is late?

This can happen occasionally - production delays, shipping delays, gift seasons. If a box is more than 2 weeks late, reach out and we'll think of a solution together.
